Dale Earnhardt won the Daytona 500 after 20 years of trying in 1998.
Dale then drove the car down pit road and every pit crew lined up to congraduldte
him as he drove by. This was one of the biggest vicories of Dale's life.

Daytona SpeedwayThe Daytona National Speedway is one of the main attractions at Daytona Beach. The track is over 2 miles in length and 31 degrees in bank height. Now this may not seem like much but when stock cars are racing at nearly 195 miles an hour, you may change you view. Daytona Speed- way is the host for several races including the Pepsi 400, Daytona at the Speed of Light (the race held at night under the lights), and the Daytona 500, the treasure of NASCAR
